simPRO pioneers API Integration with Profit Rhino to Deliver World Class Flat Rate Pricing Tool for Field Technicians, Contractors and Customers.
Broomfield, CO (October 16, 2017) – Job management software provider simPRO Software Ltd has teamed up with Profit Rhino to launch the country’s first fully integrated flat rate pricing tool for contractors.
The partnership will provide simPRO customers with the capacity to utilize a range of cloud-based automated pricing features as part of the job quoting process, and then integrate the quote with simPRO’s existing job management software via the input of an API key.
It is the first-time automated pricing technology has been integrated via an API key with job management software to provide contractors in the electrical, plumbing and HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning) industries with a seamless, end-to-end solution for their business.
simPRO US President Glenn Nott said simPRO and Profit Rhino share a desire to make pricing more transparent for contractors and their customers to continue to deliver exceptional services.

The partnership will see Profit Rhino’s ‘Rhino Menu’ integrated into simPRO’s field service management software and allow electricians, plumbers and HVAC contractors to consistently predict profit margins on each job.
In addition to pricing options, the new integration will add more visual elements, making communication between a technician and customer clear and professional.
The integration, launched October 1st, provides simPRO customers with access to their Profit Rhino pricing ‘book’ that automatically updates and works anywhere, anytime.
Mr. Nott says success in the contracting industry is increasingly being driven by delivering superior customer experiences. “Success often depends on client experience, as it leads to online reviews, recommendations to friends and neighbors, and repeat business,” he said.
The decision to add a dedicated automated pricing feature into simPRO was based on feedback from existing customers under the company’s Customer Success approach.
